Umbrella needed?

Should I bring an umbrella today? This App has the answer for people in The Netherlands. It works like this: The Lametric shows the rain in millimeters that is expected during the day on a scale from 0 to 10. When it's going to rain hard (10 mm or more), the icon is animated with falling rain. If it's only moderate or light rain, the icon is not animated but the icon is adjusted accordingly. The scale for the App uses is in line with the official national three rain categories (light, moderate and hard). At midnight the Lametric is updated with the new weather situation for the upcoming day. Thanks go out to the official weather station (KNMI) in The Netherlands for the accurate data.
